Prologis – The global logistics real estate company has appointed Tim Arndt CFO. Arndt, who has worked at Prologis since 2004, will succeed the long-serving CFO Tom Olinger, who plans to retire. abrdn – Will Cunneen joined the manager’s core infrastructure team in December as chief investment officer based in London, where he focuses on the sourcing, execution, due diligence and monitoring of investment opportunities and management portfolio investment assets. Priya Nair joined in January as Director of Business Development and Strategy based in London, where his primary focus will be to lead business development, investor relations and strategy across the core infrastructure business. Nair previously held leadership positions at German Bank, Citi and more recently the Royal Bank of Canada. She brings over 25 years of experience advising clients in private markets with a particular focus on infrastructure transactions. She also sits on several boards of directors. His experience spans corporate finance, structured finance, derivatives, product structuring and digital transformation.
ICG Real Estate – Intermediate capital groupthe real estate activity of named Antonio Galea to join its private equity real estate investment team. Atasayar joins Quadrant from his role as a financial modeler at CBRE where he worked to develop and improve portfolio valuation models for BTR, PRS and affordable housing. Prior to that, Atasayar held positions at Ernst & Young in Istanbul and London.
WiredScore – The real estate technology company named Thomasin Crowley as Global Director of APAC.
